We're thrilled you're interested in carrying Felted Dog items, born from our passion for fiber arts and keeping it small! Thank you for supporting our little, handmade business from Colorado. Here are our wholesale basics:
Selling Our Creations
- You're welcome to sell Felted Dog items in your brick-and-mortar store and/or on your own official business website. (Etsy is OK)
- Sales on third-party marketplaces (like Amazon, eBay, etc.) are not permitted.
- Rebranding or un-branding is not allowed.
Ordering Basics
- Minimum Order: $150 (for both initial and reorders).
- Payment: online order payments are due when the order is placed. If you use Purchase Orders or require Net payment terms, please contact us at TheFeltedDogLtd@gmail.com before placing your order to make arrangements.
- Retail Promotions: Discounts or shipping specials offered on our retail site do not apply to wholesale orders.
- Handmade Lead Time: We're just two sisters handcrafting and assembling everything in-house! If the items are posted on the website as in stock, we will shop within a few days. If we need to make items to fulfill a large handmade order, please allow approximately 5-6 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. We promise to get your orders out the door as soon as possible.
- Large Handmade Orders: Need a larger quantity than what is posted on the site? Please contact us first to discuss timelines and specific details.
Shipping
- Cost: Estimated shipping is charged at checkout. If the actual cost is less, the difference will be refunded to your card within 7 days after shipment.
- Using Your Account: Prefer to use your own UPS or FedEx account? Please email us at TheFeltedDogLtd@gmail.com before placing your order.
The Fine Print
- Wholesale terms are subject to change; we'll notify wholesale customers of substantial updates. Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your wholesale status.
